Shipping Rates
Shipments within the UK:
Free shipping is provided to our customer on most orders over £100. For orders
£100 and under, there is a nominal shipping charge.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery service is available to our customers when the product is available.
Additional charges apply to rush delivery. The cost will depend on the weight
of the package and the destination of the shipment. Rush orders are shipped via
Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, UPS and or FedEx depending on the Destination.
International and U. S. territory shipments:
International shipments will incur separate shipping and handling charges. The
cost will depend on the weight and the size of the package. Any duties and taxes imposed by the country will be the customers responsibility.
Please allow 1-3 days to process order. After order is processed please allow
3 days for your order to be shipped if unit is in stock. For Custom and unstocked
orders please allow at least 20 working days to make unit.

The RealisticHair.com return policy varies by product and is detailed below
respectfully:
- Due to the nature of the products no returns, exchanges, or refunds will
be given on Adhesives, Removers, Tapes, Skin Protectors or any hair products
or accessories sold on this site. All items are brand new and unopened.
- Due to the nature of the product no returns, exchanges, or refunds will
be given on Indian Remy Hair Extensions.
- Due to the nature of the product no returns, exchanges, or refunds will
be given on Stock Units.
- Custom Made Wigs
- For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of 20% of purchase amount or £20, whichever
is greater will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the
exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
- Exchages must be of equal or greater value * Exchanges will not be accepted
unless pre-authorized by a Realistic Hair
representative. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
must be made with in 5 business days from receipt of order via e-mail at.
- We must receive return merchandise within 7 business days after RMA# has
been issued. Exceptions for international and APO orders; please inquire at
time of request for RMA#. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer.
Collect shipments will be refused.
- Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition
and packaging including tags. We cannot accept items that are not in original
factory condition. For health reasons we cannot resell any used hair items,
that have been worn or handled. The return item must have the original hairnet,
labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items must not have been worn
or opened. Do not mark packaging, tape or attach anything.
